Michael Young
Operations Manager
Michael joined the Peak Pharmacy Group in 2006, initially working at our Bellarine Village store before taking over as managing partner at Peak Pharmacy Drydsale.
​
Michael is the new Operations Manager for the Peak Pharmacies group. As operations manager he intends to keep the business aspects of the pharmacies running smoothly while keeping us at the forefront of the constantly changing healthcare environment. This will allow our team members to focus on providing the best care possible to our patients.

Shelley Thompson
Marketing Manager
Shelley came to Geelong in 1997 where she became a founding partner at Bellarine Village.
Shelley & Chris developed the business at Bellarine Village into a pharmacy focused on providing health solutions to the community, with the objective of bettering our customers health, forming the foundation for the Peak Pharmacies that is still relevant today.
Shelley is the groups Marketing Manager, overseeing the retail operations and the Peak Pharmacies brand, as well as being a partner at a number of the Peak Pharmacies stores

Julie-Ann came to Peak Pharmacies in 2008 after a career in Business Banking.

Olga D'Arcy
Finance
Olga is a fully qualified accountant who combines bookkeeping and raising a young family. She has a passion for numbers and keeping books in order.
Olga always wanted to join the health industry because it helps people to be healthy and happy.
